Founded in 2020, Braise Catering is a small boutique caterer that is the vision of Minnesota native Chef Todd Macdonald. Having worked at one of the premier catering companies during his 11 year tenure in New York City, he wanted to bring that polished and refined execution to the Twin Cities metro area. After working in the restaurant industry for over 30 years, he felt it time to follow his passion for providing unparalleled food and service in the catering field.

We pride ourselves on the quality of everything we do, from the hand-selected ingredients to the polished stemware. Braise strives to make every event personal and hand tailored to each client. There is no event too small, no ingredient or preparation too extravagant, no request too far-fetched. From a small wine tasting with charcuterie and artisanal cheeses, to a large bountiful buffet, Braise executes each event with the same care and attention to detail.
